Attendance Promotion
To help you promote your event, we can provide visitor guides, promotional brochures, photography or CVB logo, welcome letters from community officials, and general information on Vancouver. We encourage you to use our logo in the promotion of your meetings.
Collateral Materials
Complimentary collateral materials are available including visitor guides, dining guides, and a calendar of events.
Registration Assistance
For a nominal fee we can provide experienced Registration Attendants to help staff your registration tables.
Media Support
We will forward your press release to appropriate media contacts or provide media lists; offer suggestions for coverage of your event; and provide sample articles to place in your publications and newsletters.
Service Referrals
We are happy to provide referrals to local services for off-site venues, transportation, caterers, photographers, entertainment, florists, and more.
Guest Activity & Event Suggestions
We can recommend pre and post-convention activities or tours, spouse programs, evening or off-site events, sightseeing tours and more.
Name Badges
